white collar vs blue collar

In your country which type of jobs have greater earnings white collar jobs or blue collar.Here in Philippines its white collar jobs, those who are in offices have greater salary than those who are working hard jobs.

I'm in the US and some blue collar jobs can be paid just as much or more than some white collar jobs. For example skilled workers such as electricians, plumbers, mechanics, carpenters and the like can make more than say a white collar middle manager. So just because someone doesn't wear a suit and tie to work doesn't mean they aren't making a lot of money.
