Hello everyone, I decided with friends that we would get down to our normal high school cheerleader size, do something we have always dreamed of and go back to school. Have you decided to do something exciting, so today I am starting my workout with my personal trainer, he will whip me into shape. My husband says he thinks I am awesome. Have you ever wanted to just change your life or do something you have always dreamed of?

I've always wanted to be just better and in a way rarer. Sounds weird but its the truth. And by better I do indeed include physically along with the mental. But that also gives me drive to go out and acheive it everyday. Plus I find some of my growth by helping others and living life (along with the obvious physical and mental exercises). I like this stance of self fulfillment and growth. Good luck with your diet Kayte. I'd say make sure to get 120% of Vitamins A, D, E and K since they are fat soluble. Even if its not too effective its still great to get those vitamins in, along with calcium in particular, I remember that being a help to fat loss (Vitamin C too, but that was more for hypertension). Again, good luck and good health to you.

I think all of us have a dream in the closet and we just can't find to make it real or we are afraid or we just don't have the will strong enough. I am not fat but would like to lose some 6-7 kg to look the way I looked 5 years ago but somehow I decide to go on a diet always after I eat :) That's my lack of will dream. Another dream I have is just leaving everything behind take my university diploma and start a new life somewhere else. But when I start to think what would happen then and would I make it, I just say to myself it will never happen. And about time, I never find time to learn how to sew and I would really like to make my own clothes.

You know you sound just like me. I am a college grad but I want to go back for something else, I am going too. I bought a great new sewing machine and I dont know how to use it yet but I can never find time to try either.

Most people are health conscious but take precautionary steps only when the doctors/dietician suggest. They start off the new activity with much fanfare and later it is dismal performance. My wife took a 1 month therapy for obesity and everyday she was reporting about what the expert said. It is just normal common sense stuff like eat less, do exercise and drink water. For this she had paid $1000 - something like tummy tuck, massage etc. Jsut a waste of money. She reduced 3 kg. With home made remedies, one could have reduced the weight by 5 kgs in the same period. Probably the consultant is one who takes your watch and tells you what is the time and you pay for it!!!

I think it is a good idea for you get into to good shape and fit with exercise and diet. Yes I also sometimes makes decision regarding changing into something like taking a diet or going through workout or gym. Sometimes I get lazy to continue with dieting or workuts. One think I love is bicycle riding. It has been couple of days I have gone riding. I think cycling is one of the best thing I like and it also helps to keep fit.

The first thing I would do is to go back and edit the post that I wrote about friends today. I totally left you off of my newest friends and realized it as soon as I posted it. There is no way that I can edit a discussion that I have started though, so if you happen to read the post; please know that you are right up at the top of my heap Pretty Kayte! Is it pronounced Kate or Katy? ~Donna
