Summer - Any ideas of how to keep baby happy?

It's just starting to get really hot & humid now & I have no air conditioning. My 7 month old hasn't been happy the past few days with the heat & humidity. I have the fans going, give her plenty of water, let her swim in her paddling pool, dress her in cool clothes, etc. How else can I keep her from being cranky?

I'm sitting here with a blanket around me and there is 3 inches of snow on the ground. I really wish I was in your country. I can't even take the kids outside because of the wind.
When it is hot here (united states) I always keep a cool washcloth and wet my kids with it.

I hate the cold but my hubby & I would like to know if you'd like to swap?? It's almost 2pm here & it's 31C or 88F in my lounge room - I'm in Queensland Australia..

I would love to swap!!!! Its 16F here and I hate it. I don't like humidity, but its better than this.
