Does anyone know what diet pills are safe to use yet work? I know that there is no magic pill, but I would like to find one that works with diet and some exercise. Maybe to take away the hunger or just the thinking process of wanting food. If you know of any pills that work well, please post them here. It would be great if I found something good. thanks

In the past months,I tried a lot of methods, but eventually,I failed. After that,i try a traditonal method, that is eat little, and exercise more.Until now ,i lost about 6 pounds.I think this method is to make your stomach smaller. And any pills are all injury your health, but once you stop eat the pill, your weight will come back soon, even more than you have lose.Any method need persistance.Good luck to you!

I don't know of any diet pills that work, I have tried many only to not work for me, but everyone is different. I personally think just good ole will power, exercising and eating right is the way to go. Because if you take diet pills and stop. you will most likely gain all the weight back, plus more1

I bought a bottle of Metabolife today. I am hoping that the pills will focus me on my plan to eat less and healthier. I am sceptical that any of them work, but am willing to give this one a try. Good luck to both of us!

I tried oolong once. It did nothing for my weight though, but my skin was great. I think you'd probably have to drink like 6 cups a day to lose weight off it, and not overeat, but I couldn't afford that much.

I have come to the conclusion that any artificial chemical or stimulant you add to your body is not safe. I've tried several to lose weight and always end up gaining the weight back because you eventually have to stop taking them! In June, a friend introduced me to Isagenix - a nutritional cleansing program that not only helps you lose weight but after you've lost the weight, gives your body the nutrition it needs. It is not a one time fix but a new way of eating. Costs about as much as taking diet pills but is actually good for your body with all kinds of digestive enzymes and amino acids that keep your body in balance. The program even has a 'feel good' chocolate that is 40 calories and chock full of aminos that make you feel fantastic. Tastes good and feel good! Great combination! Check out my website (yes, I loved it so much I now have my own site) www.lautz_tm.isagenix.com
