I usually move my body to the beats of music that I like. But if I am in public and not in a position to really move to the beats, I tap my fingers or feet to music. In the car, it's usually my head that does the bobbing. I am a dancer and can't really stop myself from moving to the beats of music.

Used to perform 8-9 years back. After marriage, haven't really danced (except for the occassional bathroom dancing). Now, I teach my son when he has to perform at school.

It depends on my mood, how sensational the music is and who are all at home at that time. When everything is okay and normal, I will also join in and spoil the singer's voice. If it's a melodious song, I will just sit through patiently listening to it. If it's a fast track, I will usually get up, locomote within the room and even be influenced to do dance( if nobody's at home) movements synchronously with the song and its beats. But no, I do not tap my fingers or feet, not normally.

It depends on the mood actually. If I'm sleepy, well, I tend do doze off. :D If I'm angry, it cools me down. If I'm happy, it makes me sing. :)If I'm sad, I become happy. ^_^

When the music is love song, I oftentimes hearing myself singing as well. If it is an upbeat music I could not help but groove. lol But not all the time. Because sometimes I am too busy that even to swtich on the music is hard for me to do. But if I am free, I always tune in.

I for some reason, don't have a musical note in my body HOWEVER, my 2 little GD - 7 and 18 months, both of these little girls started "dancing to the beat" as soon as tey started walking! I mean to tell you that they hear the first 3 notes and it starts in their feet and literally you can watch it move up their bodies - then the knees start bending then the hips start swaying and wiggling and then the waist and the arms and hands finish it off into the most wonderful ittle dance you have ever seen! And it all started with a few short notes....

I usually wind up drumming my hands on the steering wheel, as most of the music I hear is while I am in the car. Music definitely has an effect on our minds. I took a pychology class where the teacher played different types of music and we had to write what the music made us feel. That was a very hard class to sit through, and the teacher understood it so we were allowed to leave our seats as needed. It was a great experiment!
