The Miami Heat not only arent winning, they are fighting amongst themselves. Pat Riley and Shaqq are feuding and you wonder if they will both be able to survive a season.

It is my opinion, that Shaq cannot be the one to go. He is too talented, and Miami Heat needs him if they want to have a championship title shot.

Shaqs not getting the ball enough. Hes still has a high field goal percentage. I don't know why there not passing the ball to him as much. Thats probably why there losing more.

I am NOT a Pat Riley fan at all. I didn't like him with Knicks, but he further became a snake when he pushed van Gundy out the door. As for Shaq (not fond of him either), he needs to keep himself in good shape all the time. I know he is older, but he can still contribute way more than most big men. I don't know what they will do though. Getting rid of Shaq would be a bad PR move, and Pat Riley is more than just the coach, he's got higher up duties as well. If I had to pick though, I'd say they would get rid of Shaq.

I think Pat Riley should step down as head coach and keep the duties he had when Van Gundy was coach. I also think it was awful what they did with Van Gundy.

I hope Orlando treats van Gundy right, since he is their coach now. I can't believe how transparent Riley was on getting the head coaching job at the Heat.
