Between a man and a woman who hold the same job, shoulder the same burdens at home and have the same education and skills, the woman is likely to feel she must work harder."My job requires that I work very hard,” with women significantly more likely to say they strongly agreed.

Well as far as office is concern i am sure both have to work hard to meet the targets as targets and resaponsibilties are same and at home it depend on setup they have some times man and woman, both are active at home tooo so i think its not criteria take care

I'd say men work pretty hard too, its just too bad everyone expects it, no one is thankful, and plenty of people say "not good enough".
