Sometimes when I am posting in forums or discussion boards I will post something that at the time, makes perfect sense to me, but then later, when I read it again, I think, dang that sounds stupid! Why did I post that?Have you ever done that; posted something here or in any other site or forum that made sense to you at the time, then later, when you saw it again, you thought, 'omg! That was dumb of me!'?

Your problem is that you are perfectionist and it is not a pleasant thing to be one-you for example will never get contented with your work, it gets worse if you are tasked with a duty to produce a paper for say a public lecture, you may produce a master piece, but on going over, you feel you have produce a mediocre piece, that makes life very demanding and stressful, just content yourself with the power of your thought first time betsy, it will always be the best.

Lol. I think we have a misunderstanding here. 1. I did not mean this as a serious post, I only posted it for fun to see what the response would be and if others had ever re-read something they posted for any reason and then thought that. 2. I didn't mean posting something and not being satisfied with the original thought, I meant that sometimes I post something, then later I go back and add something to the post and then realize that I didn't need to add the thing which I added at all. But this is ok. The misunderstanding here is my fault because I realize that I didn't make any of this very clear. I knew what I meant so I assumed everyone would, lol. My bad. Thanks for your reply though.

I try to avoid things that would appear dumb, but when it comes to religion and subjects such as abortion and adoption, I wonder whether I should have gone to university instead of just finishing high school and had a bunch of degrees behind me. I try to avoid simple posts, and for that reason, I do not post as much as others do and that impacts me financially in the negative.

I think we have all done that at one time or another. A teacher would probably say that is why you proofread. I have written things and discovered that if I put it away for a while I realize I could have done it a lot better. Oh well such is life.

It's because you don't after-think what you have thought :D lol Everyone has stupid thoughts, I hope so :P Well, I do have too. But I really think after about what I just thought. And then, I say, "are you nuts?" lol
