how long do you usually sleep per day?

someone think that the much sleeping time,the better,but i do not agree.when my sleep more than 10 hours ,i will feel headache.of cause ,when less then 5 hours ,i will fell tired in the daytime.only 7-8 hours ,can i keep well condition.what about you ?

Those who are above 60 cannot sleep for long hours, but they also require 8 hours sleep. They sleep for 6 hours in the night and 2 hours durign day time. Children may require 9 to 10 hours,but youth require between 7 and 8 hours a day. It is always better to sleep at a fixed time rather than sleep whenever one wants and get up whenever it is convenient. Also one should write down all the works that has to be done next day and remove any worries about it, so that one can have sound sleep. Worries wake you up in the middle of sleep and your sleep is spoiled.

yeah!no matter how long you sleep,if you have been used to the time,you can be in the best condition.but i do not have a regulate timetable.sometimes,i sleep more than 15 hours,sometimes i can do not sleep during 48 hours.but i think this is very natural.

I am a terrible sleeper and I don't get more than 6 hours of sleep and that's if I'm lucky. I wake up several times during the night and I have to read to be able to fall back to sleep. My daughter sleeps more than anyone I know. She can go to bed at 9 in the evening and sleep till 2 in the afternoon. The thing is she doesn't wake up at all in that whole time. She is an adult and this can be a problem for her, so she has to make sure she sets her alarm to get up to go to work.

could you believe that i can remain my brain clearly after 48 hours having not a rest?maybe you can not believe,but it is the fact.i think it is very natural.because i am a teenager.but aometimes i can sleep 20 hours without eating anythings.can you?hahaha

I also usually manage to sleep 6 hours in my week days. I don't feel tired when I sleep 6 hours because it's my long time habit. I have to go to college early in the morning at 8 and I have to come back at 7. It's really tiresome. Doing all the study, assignment and house hold chores it already makes 11 pm. So, after surfing internet for few hourse it would be around 1 am when I go to bed. then I have to wake up at 7 and get ready for college.
