What are your favorite kind of pies?

I love lemon meringue, pecan pie, cheesecake (well that is not a pie exactly, but if you make it with cottage cheese and gelatin it does qualify) apple pie, and any fruit pie there is. Oh and there is mincemeat pie, but my husband "the cheapskate" does not want me to have any this year. He wants me to have that Mennonite fruit soup whatever they call it or those New Years very high calorie fritters. I feel so sad. I will not be enjoying Christmas this year.

I would have to say that my favorites follow under the traditional category...apple and pumpkin...and my mom makes an out of this world mincemeat pie. I'm not much of a pie eater, more of a cheesecake eater, but those are the ones that I can't pass up.

I love pies. I like them more than I like cake. My favourite is Lemon Meringue pie but I also like pecan pie, apple pie, strawberry/rhubarb pie, blueberry pie... if it's pie, I will probably like it. ;)

My favorite pie is French Silk.I love other chocolate pies.As well as Key Lime,banana cream,apple from the microwave topped with vanilla ice cream and pecan pie.My sister's niece make's a really great pie,she made up but I can't remember the name of it.

I like cherry pie though we never have it cause my husband doesnt like cherrys. I also like apple and pumpkin.

We have a local pie here called BUKO PIE ( Young Coconut Pie). Buko pie is one of the most must-try product and specialty of Laguna, Philippines. It is really yummy especially the ones made by LETY's. :)

There is a company here in Melbourne that used to make a beautiful vegetable pie with a delicious white creamy sauce but they don't seem to make it any more which is a shame because i loved those pies.

I love blueberrie, so I think I'd say berry pie. xD

I love apple pie and egg pie. They are my all time favorite of pie.

Hmm. I would have to say an oreo cream pie . Thos are really good. They are a bit sweet though, but worth it. I always like to pack the rest and take it home for later.

My favorite kind of pie is a homemade chocolate pie that my grandmother used to make for me. I LOVED that pie. Whenever I was a kid, she would always make two chocolate pies and one was set aside "just for me" (in reality there were just a LOT of kids in my family and it was her way of making sure everyone got a piece). But I always felt very special. I always looked forward to going to her place for home made chocolate pie. And I do not mean home made jello pudding pie. I mean completely from scratch chocolate pie. The best. And she would use an eggwhite meringue topping on it that was just wonderful. She passed away a few years ago, and it really ripped me up. As my sister and I were going through her things, we found a bunch of her kitchen magnets, and one of them was a little container, and in it was handwritten her recipe for chocolate pie. I just broke down when I saw that. I miss my grandmother. And every once in a while, I try to make a home made chocolate pie, in honor of her. But they're never quite like she made them.

My favorite kind of pie is PIZZA PIE. I also love a piece of home made apple pie.

I like the classics: apple, cherry, pumpkin. If I had to choose one I'd pick apple but the others are really good too.

I like just about every kind of fruit pie. But when it comes to cream pie i like, chocolate cream and coconut cream the best.
