It isn’t really that big of a secret, but it is something I haven’t really felt the need to talk about here.

what ever may be the work platform that you have choosen if you really enjoy the work then there is no place at all for boring or tensions.the only thing is the way you project it on yourself.so try to enjoy the work what you are into.and also though i have suggested u every one have their own problem and all.so what i want to say is,be cool and carry on with your work.

Life of a software developer may be really hard. When a particular code does not work and you have to spend hours and hours behind it and then you get the solution, but some one else gets promoted, then life becomes really difficult. No weekends for you. You family is deprived of your presence, then money really does not matter isn't it? I love a 9 to 5 job. But since I am a software developer, its a dream. Its better to get a normal salary and give time to yourself and your family. I have a kid now and so i have taken a break. I will change my field, once I start working again.

The life of a software developer requires an extreme amount of thinking and patience. It really depends on the company you work for and the kind of programming you do as to the amount of stress that you are normally under. The biggest thing you will have to deal with is ever changing requirements. You may spend hours programming an application just to find out that some part of it needs to be changed to do something else and have to go back and change everything you just did. If you are with an engineering service company like I am then you will enjoy a little more excitement as you will travel several places to install your application rather than staying in the office all day every day. Software developers always have a payoff unlike many jobs in that they get the reward of seeing the project they have spent so much time on work well and please the customer. The pay is great as well so for anyone thinking about going into this field I would highly recommend it.

You are well aware of Indian Judiciary System and how it functions. Now think of situation"a software developer need to attend Court hearing " for land/revenue case.Even he is 100% legal,it will take 30 or more years to get Justice. My question is what will happen to him?,can he deliver in his domain?Suppose his friend is having a similar problem.can he help him and give some moral support? All toughest works in coding, decoding, supporting and maintainance are outsourced to India.here in India life is hell for Software Developers.Even God Can't understand.
