Most of the time we dream and hardly remember what it is when we wake up. There are many advice that tells us we are what we think. But most of the time, when we close our eyes, our minds wander off and we just dont know what we are thinking about. And when we sleep, we are lost in our dreams. Do you think we have the poser to our thoughts and dreams?

I think our dreams are our unconchuse ( my spelling is so bad) reality. I have had some really CRAZY dreams. I really hope that is not who I really am. When I found out my oldest son joined the Air Force, I started walking in my sleep. I would get up and run around the house crying and looking for him. I even went to the doc about it. He put me on some anti-depressents. Every now and then I will wake up looking for him or my other son.

Often at night, our minds also try to finish things that we started during the day. We also try to come to terms with problems that we could not reconcile during waking hours. A lot of students listen to tapes to study for exams while they sleep and they do much better on tests if they do this.

yes, but you must be aware of your interputation of the dream. some dreams have deeper meaning then just a "daydream"== beware of what you wish for as my wishes have came to be and looking back i know that was my hearts desire guiding me even though i was not aware of your own destiny...as you believe you shall receive.

With practice you can take complete control of your dreams. You can actually set it up like a nightly movie. I used to have a terrible time with nightmares because as a child I was horribly abused. I finally decided to take back the night. Slowly I worked at it until I could program my mind to dream about what I wanted to dream about or to just not dream at all. Try it. It takes practice. Before you go to sleep lay there and just relax for awhile and think about what ever you want to dream about. Start a story line and just continue to think about it. Do this every night, but each night start a little further into the story. Don't start at the beginning each night. Treat it like a sequel. When you get the hang of it, it gets very easy.

I want to know an answer, too. My wife often dreams and not remmember what it is in the morning. She almost loses in her dreams every night, no matter how tight I hold her in my arm.

No, we can't control our thoughts and dreams.I think with the help of these dreams only we are able to know about our future.I really dont know much about it but I have heard it from one of my friend. If you know someting about it then please share it with us.
