They are always comparing what they can do with what you are doing to measure up. Do you avoid them.

Tell tham that life is not a competition and they should be happy for what they have and improving themselves and not focus on what you have.

You can´t exactly avoid them if you work together. Keep doing your best. That´s what you´re there for.
