boss - harassment?

Here's the incident:
Your boss is also a friend of your parents, a good one too.
What if he harasses you, like showing you pics of him naked, etc.
What will you do? Will you just act like nothing happened or will you have enough courage to tell everyone about it?

Hi glitzypurpul, it is realy shame ful for the boss who is like parents and good friend of parents too, to show such naked pic or do any such sort of harrasment. i definately say he is not a good boss and even not a good person. He might be doing same type of acts with her daughter also. If it is the case with me than I will definately not sit quit, first off all I tell my parent about such a shame ful act of their friend and later I wili tell every one office about his attitude and will do all efforts to expose him.

thanks for the reply. i guess i would do the same too, although i know some who have experienced that situation but can't voice out what happened coz of fear... i guess maybe it's different if you yourself is in the situation.
oh well, i guess it thanks a lot of courage!

If this bothers you..if this is happening...I would say you should first mention it to your boss..First you should go to him and say "this bothers me" ..This is your first obligation. If this doesnt work ..then I would take it further.
It depends on if it's happening and how it's affecting you..If it bothers you..yes say something..but to him first.

Your welcome..I don't condone anything..but I think you must first somehow let the boss know if this is happening and if it bothers you..
