Any ideas on what I should serve with a roasted chicken?

I bought a rotisserie chicken at the grocery store. I plan on heating it up for dinner tonight, but I am not sure what to make with it. I was thinking or a baked potato or something like that. I could also do a salad. Any ideas?

chicken and a baked potato with salsa and sour cream and cole slaw too and maybe fruit for dessert and hot tea. thats my idea of what to go with a rotesserie chicken. I love to get those chickens then make several mealswith various veggies and salads and some kind of fruit. sometimes I have chili beans with my chicken but then I am always making some weird combos.

I usually end up getting a few meals out of mine as well. I like to boil the carcass and make soup when I have gotten most of the meat off it.

I love baked potatoes.Throw a salad or a veggie together and you have a great easy meal.I love rotisserie chickens they are great for busy nights, and the cost is pretty reasonable.

I thought about a salad, but I was going to use the lettuce with another meal.

if you want to stick to the potato theme, you could do roasted red potatoes. or mac and cheese. or stuffing of some sort. just a suggestion.

I ended up cooking baked potatoes for me and my son and butternut squash for my daughter and my mom. We are also having broccoli and corn.

I like to have mashed potatoes, but baked are good too, gravy, a couple of veggies like corn and broccoli, some dinner rolls, stuffing- kind of like a mini version of Thanksgiving dinner.

I have a turkey thawing in the fridge that I will probably do that with tomorrow. I am going to package the rest up in freezer bags and set aside for meals later.
