Everyday i go to school on foot.i think walking is the easiest and simplest form of exercise.do you think this?

Walking is a low cost way to help prevent many other problems in my life. It can help you lose weight or just to get fit. I'm planning to go out walking each day with a friend, so we can caught up on our activities and get some exercise at the same time. This is my 2008 goal to spend more time with friends doing healthy activities.

Hi ingnna, I think you are very young and getting an idea to write and take note on 'WALKING' is highly appreciated.Please keep up your good thinking and carry the same throughout your life. Coming to your topic of 'WALKING', it is one of the best medicine given by nature to cut down the severeness of all diseses and some times acts as a cure.If a person walk for about 4 kilometers perday can live without any major disorders and his life span will also be increased considerably. Whatever other job I have, I go for walking for 6 kilometers a day and that has kept me out of any major disese or disorder even now at the age of 52 years I am strong and very active. Good Luck.
