The Bermuda Triangle, also known as the Devil's Triangle, is a geographical area in the Atlantic Ocean approximately triangular in shape and is famous for its supposed paranormal activities. The Bermuda Triangle's three corners are roughly defined by Bermuda, Puerto Rico, and Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Map of the popularly-held dimensions of the Bermuda Triangle; recent claims by researchers allude to a more"trapezium" shape, extending back into the Gulf of Mexico and down into the Caribbean Sea, or in fact no dimensions at all, and a shape incorporating all of the northwestern Atlantic Ocean.

The"Bermuda or Devil's Triangle" is an imaginary area located off the southeastern Atlantic coast of the United States, which is noted for a high incidence of unexplained losses of ships, small boats, and aircraft. The apexes of the triangle are generally accepted to be Bermuda, Miami, Fla., and San Juan, Puerto Rico. However, The U. S. Board of Geographic Names does not recognize the Bermuda Triangle as an official name and does not maintain an official file on the area. An area called the"Devil's Sea" by Japanese and Filipino seamen, located off the east coast of Japan, also exhibits the same magnetic characteristics. It is also known for its mysterious disappearances.

i think its because of the gravity of the earth... the earth's gravity is more at the bermuda triangle and hence it pulls the objects which pass through it

well nobody till now have been able to explain the real phenomena which is making things disappear in that particualar region but the explanation i have seen is it taking place because of the electmagnetic force deep beneath the sea which creates a critical area under which everything gets destroyed or travels through the space time.

I've watched TV shows about it, and no one seems to know very much about this phenomenon. They have made theories, but no one knows for sure why so many ships have run into problems in this area.

It is an almost triangular area in the Atlantic sea, which every ship try to avoid while crossing the Atlantic because if any ship goes in that area, it will be sunk. The reason is still unknown, why ships sink in Bermuda Triangle. There was severe theories about sinking of ships, but none is fully acceptable.
