I was impressed by this one.
648 CPUs in a cluster.
1TB of main memory.
Low-powered and at 1,200 watts
No special power needs or cooling (that one stunned me.)
They got the $5000 prize for the Google innovation challenge
And using different manpower they got a Guiness World Record

Indeed. Not only is it pretty slick and effective, it was powered by bicycles.
Very deserving in my opinion.
