How many children do you have?

"Do you know what causes that?" "Do you think I might catch it if I stand close to you?" lol...I couldn't help myself. I have 2 boys..I'd love to have a dozen but we can't afford more than 2. We will consider adopting in a couple of years if we are able to financially. You probably have a loud and active group at home with 6 boys! Though I'd enjoy being with 6 boys (not as the parent though), I can't imagine the work that goes into bringing them up. Hats off!

My first child is on the way, very soon i hope. Im due January 8th. And my family is definitely not complete. I know people gives me looks when i say i want more then one. Maybe more if i can talk my husband into it.

I have given birth to 6 myself and my s/o had two already before me (3 of my 6 are 'ours' together). We only have boys together so the "are you trying for a girl?" question has come up but he has one daughter and I have two. I find it so odd that people feel the need to make comments like "have you figured out what causes that?" and "well now we know what you two do in your spare time!" I have to say our family is complete because we are in no position to add to it...in life in general and in our relationship...but I really would have liked to have had one more little girl so we would have had a daughter together.

Oh wow. I feel for you. Thankfully I did not have any boys. I had to little girls. I do not plan to have anymore. I would like more, but I got fixed after having my second one. If there was a free way to reverse it i would. I am truely blessed with my children. They are the joy of my life.

I have two children a boy and a girl. My boy is 11 and my girl is 4. My family is complete I don't want anymore kids. Two is the perfect number for me everyone is different with how many kids they want and I think it is perfectly fine.

LOL oh yes I have seen those looks when I tell people I have had 4 children and planning on having a least one more with my fiance.

Wow such interesting reading... I have four, daughter 20 (grandson on the way), boy 17 and Identical girls 14. We thought we were done with number 1 and two.. you know a boy and girl... but that wasn't what the Lord had planned... cause nine months after the discussion of who was going to the doctor... we had the girls... that completted our family! LOL but I wouldn't of cared if it was 6 boys... I think they are much easier than the girls! LOL

I have 2 wonderful children. One boy and one girl and yes I want more children. I am not amrried so I won't have anymore til that happens. I have been a single mother since my son was born and don't want to go that route with 3 or more kids unless I have to.

My wife and I have 3 kids. 2 boys and a girl. Ages 10,9 and 6. They were our foster kids before we adopted them. The boys are biological brothers. We adopted our daughter when she was 5 months old. My sons are 10 months apart in age. It was the best thing my wife and I ever did. Now we have our share of problems with them but all in all they are good kids. We are not planning on adopting any more kids.

I have a 19 month old son and i am expecting another baby in april this year. I still want a few more children, but i want to wait a few years until we try again. I don't think it matters how many children people have aslong as they can look after all of them. There are quite a few people that have more children because the want a baby of a certain gender and keep trying until they do. ~Joeys wife

I have a 12 year old son and a 7 month old son. I would love to have a girl. I belong to a website that is for ladies that are pregnant and after they have their babies. One lady on there has six sons and she tried to have a girl, but she has boy number 7. Other ladies have been more successful at choosing the gender of their baby. Having a healthy baby. I know what causes a lady to have a boy or girl. It is to do with her diet, like I mean ph levels that influence temperature and timing. I can't too much because it will be considered mature content.

Hello dear kelly. It is nice to have so many children. I would like to say Congratulations to you as I think that a big family is always full of fun than a small one, especially when holiday comes. It is so wonderful feeling to be together with all of the six kids round the table to enjoy meals. But I am sorry to say that I have only one boy, as we are not allowed to have more than one because of our one-child policy in China. In fact, I have been wanting to have one more child, either a girl or a boy, as we cannot control the gender. I love both gender kids. I just had my firstborn son last month. I plan on having a big family. I'm not sure exactly how many children I will end up having, just depends on the financial situation. I was an only child so things around my house was always lonely and boring so I intend to have at least 4 kids to keep things exciting and interesting around the house. LOL That is so great that you have six boys. Children are such blessings. How old are all your boys?

I have 5 Four Boys 1 Girl.yea, I'm 1 child less but don't make my house less active then your. lol most of the time I have my brother 4 kids over plus my great-neice over. I know how beautiful kids are and I know how trouble they can be. but you have to love them. I Praise All women Raising Boys. it's not easy. Blessings

It is rare for people to have that many children. But I have met a couple people recently that have a large family. I am now friends with a couple that have 5 children, 3 girls and 2 boys. And I have recently made friends with a couple that have 8 kids. Two sets of twins, to boat. It's really nice to see families of that size. It makes me wish now that I had more children than just the two I have. It's too late for me though, my kids are 32 and 24 years old so that tells you how old I am. I say congratulations to you on having a big family.

WOW. Were you trying for a girl lol. I have 2 boys ages 7 & 10 and I wish for a girl but my boyfriend says we are done.

One girl, and two adopted. The adopted are boy and girl. So all in all it makes 3. Not too bad. maybe in the future I will try for a boy. Here's to hoping.

I have 4 nephews and 1 niece. As for myself, I do not have and I do not want kids. Plus with 4 nephews and 1 niece, do I really need kids of my own?

i have one daughter getting ready to try for baby number two after almost 13 years. my cousin has six boys and she gets those same questions all the time. she was trying for a girl but after the last was a boy she said she was done. being an only girl i don't think a girl would make it in a house with that many boys. i barley did it and i only have two brothers. had great protection in school though
