Eat high-energy food,do less excise and keep a lot sleep, which maybe helpful in putting weight, but doesn't benifit your health. Actually,i always wanna put weight but never succeed,'cause im fussy about food...lol

I would suggest putting on extra sauce on your pasta. You might add some meatballs also. This would be enough to make me gain a few pounds. Drink whole milk with your food or a nice milkshake. Good luck with gaining weight.

I must say it isn't safe for you to try and gain that much weight in a month! You should try working with weights to build muscle and adding extra low fat high protein items to your diet. There are some high protein high fat items that wouldn't hurt either (cheese, peanut butter). Whey powder is an excellent low fat high protein option. It sounds like you are going to have issues no matter what. However, if you use the whey powder you can get a lot of calories without getting full. Add a scoop or two to your milk, juice, or yogurt!

Well, you should eat a lot of food but of course you need to choose the foods that you should eat. You should eat vegetables. A lot of them. You should drink a lot of milk and eat chocolates. I hope it helped...Good Luck!!!

I had the same problem a few years ago after an illness made me go down to 80# from my normal of 100 to 115#. It's hard sometimes to regain that weight:-) What I did was to drink Boost, or Ensure, with every meal. With the vitamins, minerals, etc, in it, it helped me regain my weight and made me healthier too. Treat yourself to extra milkshakes throughout the day too. Good luck, I hope you're gaining it back and are feeling a whole lot better after the surgery! Hugs! Joy
