my laptop core supports 533MHz,Can I use a 667MHz to exchange?

I don't think you can get a higher speed. If you had a 667MHz, you can go 533MHz. But vice-versa, I doubt it.

But now it's easier to buy 667MHz and it's cheaper than 533MHz..

cheaper yes, but the question is, will it be compatible with your laptop? the thing is, with computers, you can stick a higher-spec machine with a lower-spec peripherals, but not vice-versa. most of the time, the machine breaks. but do try it and tell me if it works. :D
