My husband has an ASUS P525 CELPone, it has 1 year warranty, it is only 9 months when it is not functioning anymore, so i bring it to the store where we bought it, when we gave it to them to get the warranty it has no scratches and with still new, because my husband take really care of it, but yesterday when i get it, its full of scratches, i was angry and i didnt get it and told them to remove the scatches or just change it. what do you think? i have the right to do that? i need your opinion

Hello dear rosema. But they have already done the scratch, which is not possible to make it recover to its origin look. I am so sorry for what they did to your husband's cell phone. Anyway, it is now seven months later since the birth of this discussion. I am wondering what has happened to the cell phone now. Is it still working perfectly, please? Thanks and enjoy the cell phone.

Hi my friend, i asked the store to changed it with the new one, so what they do they just asked me to add a little more money to upgrade the celpone to the latest one. So now the celphone is new and latest so my husband is very happy because he more the style of the new celpone. even though it is seven months ago, you still give time to response fo it and i am very happy. what else should i say to you, i cannot find other words to say only thank you, thank you and thank you so much.
