On Christmas Eve I watched the movie "Meet Me In St Louis" I have never really watched this movie before even though it has my very favourite child actress in it, Margaret O'Brien, I loved this movie so much I don't know why I haven't taken the time to watch it before, it now has to be my very favourite movie of all time, I immediately jumped on the interent and ordered myself a copy, I thought Margaret O'Brien was good in "The Secret Garden" but in this movie OMG she was so good, for a little girl she was a great little actress and this movie was a absolute joy with Judy Garland in it as well, I just can't wait to get my movie and sit down and watch it again from the start as I missed that....this is now my very favoutite movie ever....

Oh yes, lilaclady...that is sure a classic. I haven't watched it in years to be honest but I always loved it when I did watch it. There were some parts that made me teary eyed, but then I tend to get teary eyed at a lot of movies..LOL

Yes I can't wait to get it as I missed the start of it, and I loved every minute of it, I can't believe what a good little actress Margaret O'Brien is, I really enjoyed this movie...

I know exactly how you feel lilaclady, because I remember watching this film years ago, and I loved it. It had a good story, great acting - just a pure and wholesome movie! I love Judy Garland's voice - so beautiful.
When you get your movie delivered, you will be able to watch it as many times as you want - enjoy!

Thank you Abbey, I just can't believe I haven't seen it before, Margaret O'Brien has always been my favourite little actress, can't wait to get it....

Won't you reveal the plot a bit.. if its really interesting i'd like to see it too. Its gotta be something real good, to be somebody's alltime favorite..

its just a really nice old fashioned family movie, where the ladies wore beautiful long dresses and the father turns the family upside down by announcing he want to move them all to New York I think it was and none of them want to go, it is a lovely movie,,

I know what you mean. This movie has stayed with me in my heart since the first time I watched it. I have watched it more than once and each time it is as good as the first time I watched. I think it is one of the greats.
