i have been suffering from pigmentation problems for the past eight years... i have it on my face, below the neck and arms. it is just this dark patch, which has become quite prominent now. i did try Ayurveda for about a year and so also homeopathy, but with no results. when i approached an allopathy doctor, he gave me a sun block and a vitamin tablet. i really am at my wits end as to how to tackle the problem. i don't go out in the sun regularly. if anyone has faced a similar problem, do let me know. i am also interested in effective home remedies if any.
