EVER HAVE ANYTHING GOING SWELL AND YOU LOUSE IT ALL UP?

I have been taking the first two classes of a distance learning course for an AA degree in Information Technology, everything had been going along"Great, just great!" I had a 99% score in one class and an 82% in the other class after week 7 of a 9 week course. Well Sunday of week 8 I forgot to post an assignment. Turns out the assignment was worth 50 points. That's 5 percentage points of your grade. The previous Thursday I closed Word without saving my final draft of my student essay 38 minutes before the midnight deadline for turning it in. 5 hours of work and 2/3 of the essay POOF! DISAPPEARED! I reworked the end in 2 hours and submitted it late for a 10% deduction in grade. All of the sudden my solid B is down to a 76% C! Then this week the final grammar quiz, I messed up and submitted my test as a response to the quiz post instead of stating a new thread. ANOTHER DEDUCTION IN POINTS!!AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRgggggggggggggggggghhhhhhh! The ignominity of it all!
