What is your favorite strain of angelfish?

I have had many strains of angelfish in the past and there are several that I like a lot. Some of my favorites in no particular order are : albino pearl scale, half black, Black's, koi (the ones with lots of red and little white on them), zebras and half balck zebra. What are your favorites?

What an interesting post. I do not eat angel fish because a long time ago I sort of fell in love with them as kind of pets. In Fl. they are a very popular food but when I had a seafood store we had a huge blue crab tank and we kept fish in it as well. Angelfish and seahorses were the local favorites so we kept it stocked with those as well as snails and other types of river crabs that kids liked to see. Some of the local schools actually came on field trips to our store to see our crab tank and listen to the little spiel that I gave on the critters that lived in the rivers around us.

I was referring to the freshwater species of angelfish that have high dorsal fins and also long anal fin that come from the Amazon river region in south America.
