hi friend.. well what i could suggest for you to do is that give her some space. what i mean is that you keep distance from her because she is going steady with someone (maybe).. im not saying you go and give up but just give some little distance so that no quarrels or any fight could happen you know whta im saying??

You cannot propose her if you're not together - it's awkward. You don't say much if you know her and wether she knows you and what kind of relationship she has. Normally you don't ask someone out if she is dating already. Best you can do is wait.
