what do you do if you dont get to ...???

what do you do if u donot get sleep at nights..??? do you know any non-harmful ways by which you can go to sleep??? To make others sleep: what do you do to get others(in your family) to sleep at night?? Do you know any ways by which you can make others sleep?? My mother knows the right method: She tells me, you study Physics or go to sleep.. Probably i would think sleeping is better than reading physics.. howz that? Some people tell that "sleeping" is their hobby.. Do you think it is a good policy to sleep the whole day?? is that your hobby as well?? Do you like if someone switch on the lights of the room in which you are sleeping?? Do you continue to sleep or get up and shout at that person and then sleep?? Do you like noises when you are sleeping??What type of noises do you encounter always???

I ALWAYS sleep at nights!!! I do not harm myself when I go to sleep!!! I do not care how others in my family sleep at night!!! I do not know any ways by which I can make other sleep!!! Sleeping is not my hobby,but it is a pleasure of mine,it is certainly not good to sleep the whole day!!! People don't come into my room when I sleep!!! I don't hear noises when I sleep!! I hear dogs bark when I wake up,but not ALWAYS!!!

I will do meditation or prey God when I don't get sleep at night.What your mother's method is quite correct.I will continue my sleep even though the lights are switched on.I don't like noises when I am sleeping.

Normally I get my sleep at 11 p.m. If I do not get sleep by then, I take up the reading of novel. While reading I am fast asleep and the reading lamp will be on till next day morning.

I start reading or mylot.I don't worry if I dont feel sleepy and it seldom happens.Body knows how much of rest does it need.

I like it nice and peaceful and dark when I go to sleep.I can't sleep with the tv going or with people talking.It has to be very quiet.I get annoyed when someone turns on my light.It would wake me up then I would have to get up because after I'm awake I can't go back to sleep.Whenever someone needs to sleep I tell them to drink a cup of warm milk.When milk is heated it has an enzyme that helps you to sleep.

I like to sleep in a completely dark room. And if i can't go to sleep i think music is a good way to get you to nod off, or read until i can't keep my eyes open!

I 've got an advise over that from a psychologist, he says that if you cant go to sleep there is nothing in that to worry about, cuz you are not gonna die, so if you are bored of lying awaked in the bed then there is only opne way to go to sleep i.e that you make yourself so much tierd enogh from working or doing any such physical activity which amkes you exhausted that you immidiately fall right on the bed after that massive peice of work- try it its a proven act on a person suffering from hyper insomnia!

To get sleep at night, I find it easy to drink a cup of hot tea. Besides that I hate sleep, If I sleep too long I feel like I've watsed half of my day. I HATE it when somebody switches the lights on in my room when I'm asleep. I can never go back to sleep after something like that, it's brutal.

Actually if i donot get sleep at nights i must make sure my brain peace and don't think anything.When i ready get to sleep i must forgive all mistaken my friend or surrounding me include my husband.After this i'm counting from one until i sleep.I always do this way when i so difficult to go sleep.This way give benefit for me.
