Is Will Smith a Scientologist?

He might be i don't know.I really do not know what Scientologist is all about but it don't sound good does it?As far as i am concerned i do not care what he is, and it don't matter to me what he believes, as long as people do not try to push it off on me.Lol I just like his acting, and i like his movies and think he is a good actor..

Does it really matter? Is anyone in Hollywood so important that what they do matters to the rest of us? Think about it. Other than entertainment (if you can call it that) these people have little bearing on anyone's personal life. Does Will Smith's beliefs have any influence on us? Not hardly.

Well, he is talented and I enjoy his art. So I'm not as concerend about his personal life. I don't even know anything about scientology, but that's his business and not for anyone else to judge (besides the ultimate Judge) As for his incredible talent, nothing will effect how much I enjoy him as an actor, and singer. His personal life shouldn't effect how he is viewed. Now if he were hurting others, like that guy arrested for dog fights, then that's different. But his beliefs are his own, and none of my business.

I personally never care what religion or political views my favorite performers have. As long as watching them gives me enjoyment what's the difference?

I think he is friends with Tom Cruise so if he isn't now, no doubt he'll jump on the crazy train soon. It won't change my opinion of Will Smith as I really like him as long as he doesn't go hardcore Scientology like Tom Cruise and alienate a lot of his fan base.

I dont know of any one in their right mond would join this group of people thats all I can call them for what I have read I see no religon in it at all. I hated it when Elvis's x and daughter got in to it I beleive the founders are only after what money they can drain out of these people and I dont know how but have them really brain washed I hate to see any one get involved with these poeple I dont care who they are and also what i reas It only seems like there are mostly movies stars and rich people in it have you heard any reports that poor people like us have got in to this gruop!?

What difference does it make? There are many paths and all I want for him is to find a path that enriches his life.I am a fan and All he owes me is the best performance he can give me in all the roles he chooses. Why should make a difference what he does in his private life? Scientology isn't against the law? I thought there was a separation of church and state? It would be sad that people had to look up an actors religion Before they went to see a film of theirs.I don't know about you, but I don't have that kind of time.Anyway there are so few good films out these days to boycott a fine actor just because he isn't a Christian or is a member of Scientology.

Good question. I have not heard that he was. I know that Cruise and Travolta are. I dont really care. I just dont like anyone doing an interview like Cruise did with Matt Laure about post partum depression.

I have no idea if he is a Scientologist. I don't see the big attraction to that belief system really. I believe it is pretty "out there" myself. But my belief system is pretty conservative as well. LOL

I do not really care what religion what you practice as long as it is not the devil. I do not want you putting it in my face. If Will Smith is into Scientology then it is his business. I have done some research on the subject for a paper I wrote in college. The women who started the religion was a bit out there. I do not like their ideas on medical practices.

It makes no difference to me... I admire him for his acting ability, as I do several stars. That they give me so much through their performances is enough... I wouldn't want them passing judgement on my personality and telling me how to live. He is such an amazing actor... what he has done since his sit-com days has just floored me! More power to him!

No, I don't care, but obviously it matters to somebody. Apparently a lot of somebodies. I am not a Will Smith fan. Nor a Tom Cruise fan. And I couldn't possibly care any less than I already do if they are friends, or even if Mr. Cruise succeeds in winning Mr. Smith over to Scientology, even though Mr. Smith has expressed his disinterest in organized religion. And Scientology is a very organized religion. Very organized.

I, personally don't really care what religion a person is. But I have to agree with you about theat religion being way out there. I actually know of a person that was part of that religion and her mother rescued her from it. They literially kidnapped her. She was totally brain washed, in their minds, and they felt they had to save her. She now is no longer a member with them and she has thanked her parents for saving her.

I hope he still belives in the bible but that is his belifs. I think he is still a good actor no matter what. I liked him before he was a actor when he was still singing or rapping in the 1980s. He really has a lot going for him.
