I know everyone is going to get tired of me asking about
the return of tnicc every few weeks, but it was my favorite
ptr and i check almost every day to see if it is back up.
anyone know anything?

Its back logn back but with a new domain name. i.e, tnicc.net. But i'm unable to login to my account and so gave up or else it was was my favourite site.

I too, do not know when the site will be returning. However if you want to still make money in the meantime, then I think it would be a good idea if you take a look at my profile. On there, you will find a list of other legit money making sites which have paid me numerous times. You should message me if you have any questions about them, or anything else =].
