new year it's not fun anymore...agree or not?

there's gotta be an end in every year, and that means party,fun..etc..etc to celebrate the NEW YEAR..., but recently, i think new year suck and boring, i don't know, maybe because of all disaster, or global warming, it's not like the way it used to be, don't you agreee, or maybe u have different opinion..me, I THINK it's not fun anymore...what do you think??

I dont go for a party last night and plus it is rain so hard since 10 pm until morning. The fireworks become so bad on rain but still they light it up.
I have to work last night and also this morning, but I dont think it sucks, maybe it is not fun anymore because now I have a responsibility and I already have lots of fun New Year before, so maybe I just get bored... But I am still glad it's New Year!!

by the way, i'm in indonesia, and it's raining too, but people still have party and lots of fireworks, u have to work?? geez, in the office?? not fun at all, yup, you're right, maybe we have responsibility and don't think about party anymore..., but i agree with u, i'm still glad it's new year, and celebrate it without party all night, we have so much to think about beside party..

You have a point. It is not fun anymore due to accidents that happens brought by high powered fireworks. Gone are the days when we are satisfied with just blowing cans and some food on the table for the family. I agree with you! When can we ever learn? The hospitals are filled with people who were victims of fireworks last night!!
