Have you been banned from ADVERBUX unfairly?

I was wondering if anyone else has been banned from ADVERBUX unfairly? I have been a member for 3 weeks and have click about 150 ads completed 9 action ads and played about 360 games, all done honestly and in within the TOS. Just after i first joined all the earnings drop drastically but i figured oh well is a growing site, after a week or so i saw the potenial and bought a refferal pack for $20 US dollars, and now because of cheaters on the site the referral earnings have dropped to practically zero! ( even though half of them were inactive members and i think a couple had been banned, and was not willing to trade them for another pack which i asked about in the forum and got a flat NO!!, but has promised a refund now.) I may have come across abit strong but was not abusive or slanderous in anyway when i asked for a refund on my refferal purchase as at the new earnings it would take 250 days to make back that $20 not the 20-30 days that seanybob (admin) had stated in a post a yesterday. So now I am banned from the site after being a good honest PAYING member, and seanybob wont answer my emails? Worst part is I was 15 cents away from my first payout and now am going to miss out on that even though he's been paid for my clicks!! This site IS NOT a scam however i have been. any idea what's up his butt? anyone else had any similar or other bad experiences with this site? AND I DON'T WANT TO HEAR FROM THE CHEATERS AS I THINK THAT IS THE CAUSE OF SEANYBOB AGGRESSION AND EASE OF BANNING!! Thanks nthsideplaya

WOW!!! i have been a member for quiet a while, never heard a story this hectic. But from what i know, it is possible that someone intentionally used your paypal address to make an account. this way, you will be banned almost instantly, and usually, no reason is given for why you were banned. It is currently an act which is on the rise. Probably the admin might have done it just to prove to you that he is "boss".

nah there was no fraud or anything committed i think he was just really pissed off with all the money he's been losing in the last few weeks, and I dont blame him. I think it was more to do with the fact that i posted in the forum and showed my work proving that my refferals would take approx 250 days to earn back what i'd spent whilst he was claiming it would take 20-30 days. all he had to do was say sorry and take my refferal earnings and give me another pack but he chose to commit fraud against me by banning my account and keeping the money i'd earnt which he had earnt from aswell! There will be another site the same sooner or later check out prject number 1199308257 on scriptlance.com! Hopefully it will be with a more experienced admin. In business experience that is not pc experience!!

I am a member there. I have been paid and reently I did the upgrade. I too have seen the changes taking place because of a minority that were cheating. I can appreciate your wrath and I also notice you are emphasising it is not a scam. I would never buy referrals as I am in doubt as tp what I would get for my money. I hope this incident will sort itself out for you and maybe you will consider spending your future earnings on upgrades rather than referral packs. Good luck!

Not yet, but never know, I seem to get banned once in a while for accidently cheating I guess. Maybe I need to learn how to cheat so I will know not to do it. I know one thing, I don't like the letters you have to type on log in as I can't make some of them out. I don't blame you for being upset, I went and read the forum post. He said he'd pay you back but delete your account. I'm real careful about spending money in these sites, I'm a tightwad anyway though.

Wow, I'm so sorry to hear that, it really sucks. I'd be as angry as you are if that happened to me. I've been with the site for a few weeks but didn't frequent it because I'm a member of a few other sites as well of the same kind and I kind of got bored with the amount you get paid for. I'd never pay for referrals though, in fear of what happened to you. How does the buying referrals bit work, anyways? They find you people to add to your downline after you pay them? That's what I've always assumed. I'm sorry I can't be much help to you, but I do hope something good happens for you since wasting all that time and money to get be banned and not get anything back is plain stupid. I wonder if there's a place to form a complaint, that would go over the admin's head? Well, good luck to you. Claudia
