Will you lose your sleep for ghost films?

Last night, my friend bough a new DVD and we sit together on the sofa, eat some cookies and watch the film. I would not look it if I knew it is a ghost film. I scared when I saw the ghost killed the people and made the blood everywhere. At that night, I lost my sleep for the whole night horrible dream.
I know some people like to watch terrible films, just like some of my friends, they always look ghost or monster films and discuss certain terror plot.
Do you like terrible films and will you lose your sleep after you watch a ghost one?

It depends on how scary the ghost film was. There was a time where I just became so paranoid that I feel like someone would walk behind me or in front of me scaring the heck out of me!! But that would all go away when I go to sleep and pray...

Oh that is different from me. Before going to sleep, I am not afraid of anything once I left the ghost film because I forced myself to forget it immediately. But it always recall when I fall to sleep and awaken me at night...
