Refills

Times must be getting tight at Starbucks. Last week when we were there we heard that refills are only for the same store and must be within 1 hour of the original purchase.
Has anyone else heard that? or similar stories?

I used to work at Starbucks, and that has always been the policy. I will say that a lot of stores are more lenient than others, but the rule has always been the "same store" and within a certain time frame. I remember when I was an assistant manager I worked at a store that was more forgiving and would give refills to people who still had a cup. It's really based on discretion.

Thanks for the info. I think the store I got used to be more lenient, but, not anymore.
