I worked in their inventory control group electronically putting and pulling parts on/off service vans. I also helped authorized dealers with part supply issues. Left by choice after having a difference of opinion with my boss over customer service issue. I was one of the higher paid employees at my level but felt betrayed by the company via my boss. Loyalty is like a river at GE, it runs one way: up! You must be loyal to them but they care not about you. You're a star one day and the next you're getting a finger tip on the shoulder and being escorted out of the building permanently. I couldn't stomach the corporate doo; Mylot and internet marketing is much more to my liking.

I think that every big company is like that. The higher ups dont give two craps about the grunts under them. It's the way it is everywhere i think. It doesn't make for very good morale among employee's does it ?
