Could you ever image a company could ever fire a CEO? This Company is one of the most biggest PCB Manufacturer, which has more than 13 k employees in the world. What if 2 of 5 VPs resign? What do you think of the company? I still believe everything happens for a reason. And I still deem everything will be better in no time. Best regards, Andy

hi andy! ^__^ if the CEO was fired and VPs had resigned, there would still be the board of directors of that company right? and on top of the board is the one who fired the CEO. i'm sure they would immediately get replacements for the CEO position and VP positions. although, it would create troubles for the company since without a CEO, a company would be like a body without a head. it wouldn't know what to do because the brain is not there. and then, the selection of CEO could create some troubles because a lot of people in the board would vie for the position. and who knows what they can do just to attain that position? we can only imagine.. ^__^;;

You said it, we've got the board of the directors and at this moment, our vice chairman is the acting CEO before the new CEO comes out. The VPs are under too much pressure since our plants got more and more capacity,which means the sales regions need to find out more and more business back... Have a nice day and thanks for your comment. Andy

That sounds pretty much like a ship that is sinking and it is about time that everyone started to jump ship. For those who are left behind, pray hard os that the rescue party would be coming soon... brace for a hard time...

Hi Shakeroo, That's a good parable, but I suppose the situation is not that bad , our vice chairman is representing as the acting CEO now, and the boards of directores could always have some one to replace one's position even though they are VPs. Have a nice day~! Andy
