railroaded by a cop

has anyone ever been railroaded by a cop? by railroaded i mean has a cop ever lied to make something look like your fault or to get someone else out of trouble that maybe they were friends with? I was in a car accident the other day and the cop said that he took 130 feet mearsurement of a skid mark that was left by my car. first the roads were wet so i didnt leave any skid marks...i slid on top of the water that was on the roads...second we went back to take pictures and their is no skid marks on the road. (see picture below)we hit the other vehicle right in front of the driveway. Im just curious if this has happened to anyone else?

I have never been in a car accident mostly cause i dont drive, so i'm not in a car a whole lot. And i have never been arrested either. But i hope that you win your lawsuit and get lots of cash money. Then you come come live in canada :)

lol yes come and live in canada for next time something happens like this I can get treated properly at the hospital..lol
