In a bid to prevent the incidence of rape... The Australian government is proposing a new legislation to punish women who tease men. This law would apply to any woman between the age of 15 and 30 because it has been determined that this is the most culpable age group. The proposing legislation is as follow... - Wearing a skirt so short that we see your panties when you bend over... $2000 fine. - Not wearing a bra so that we can see your nipples through your blouse... $2000 fine. - Not wearing any panties... $5000 fine The argument was that if a men was to expose his p...s through see through pants in the same manner than women expose themselve through see through clothes... he would go straight to jail. Furthermore... once a woman take the step to enter a man's bedroom... the law consider her to say yes... It is too late to say no! So women... you better think twice before getting through that door... because the days of teasing men are over. In Australia anyway.

Dear Aussies.... I completely agree with this piece of Legislation. I'm not the Conventional Woman ; however , when I was Still racing Competitively ( Marathons ) I was guilty of Teasing Men , but not to this extreme. More of on a competitive level. ( I am Biased towards Men ) But that's all behind me , I hit the Jack-pot with My Husband. His strength has taught me the Error of My ways. I believe it is time Women finally get a dose of their own Medicine. ( Besides...we all know Men are Better ) ( At least cuter ) Any how....I think this is Great. Maybe we'll get some legislation like that here in the states one day . Peace to you & One Love Angela

Where did you hear this Aussie? I have not heard this and I am usually up with all the news. Where is the line drawn between teasing and having a bit of fun. We have recently had to listen to certain people from certain countries calling women "pieces of meat" This I found to be quite disgusting and would love to have 5 minutes "alone" with someone who would say such a thing. Aren't things being taken a bit too far with what you have said, can't wait to read or hear it for myself, a good chuckle I would have. I was sickened by something that happened in my own home town regarding a vicious rape of a young girl, and the after affects of her ordeal, she can no longer have children with what was done to her. They caught the mongrel but where does anyone have the right to take away someones' self, if they say she "asked for it" did she also ask for what was also done to her? My god, all I say to the males of this world, control yourselves, it is not ALL about you and what you want!

I agree about the fines for indecent exposure but rape is rape! Not wearing panties you get a 5000 dollar fine. If they make that a law in the California it would be a very rich state according to what we see in the tabloids.

Interesting material Aussies. The teasing days might be over in Australia, but they've just begun stateside. Some of what was done in Australia might have made the situations of topless women sexually teasing men, and the police arresting the men... might have made that have a MUCH different outcome(my most recent discussion). Oh and there is also the discussion I had on a bill/law going through that would make staring, or even glancing at a woman a crime (since the laws language is too subjective, and false claims are becoming a rising trend). But on both, the stateside law is saying its okay for women to dress ultra provocative or to sexually bombard a man, but if he did the same, or even anything remotely close he's arrested. Thanks for sharing this Aussies.

How about a woman letting her clevage show. That should be punishable too.I always thought it was wrong for a woman to wear a shirt or blouse and let their cleavage show.

So, what are women supposed to wear at the beach? A bikini is basically underwear and you can usually see the outline of nipples through the cloth when it is wet; are the police going to go down to the beach and start fining every woman who wants to take a swim?
