key figures of United

Rooney and Ronaldo become the key figures in the team. When they are absent, the team fails to perform well. It's time for them to lead other team mates to conquer Europe again after the 1999 superb treble.

I agree they are the 2 key players of the team and the team fails to perform when both are missing... But I think they do have enough talent to perform well without them, they just lack the morale to do so

Maybe you are right...I hope MU can have a leader or someone who can really inspire other players to play well....currently only Ronaldo and Rooney are more influential

I agree with you that both Wayne Rooney and Ronaldo are the key figures for the team. For those who does not agree, all the matches that United have lost this season such as against Bolton Wanderers and West Ham United, either one of both or them are not playing. Therefore although they are important players, this situation are not good for the team. To conquer Europe, the team must be able to get good results even when their influential players are not playing due to injuries or suspension. Unfortunately everytime Rooney or Ronaldo goes missing, then the team lack bites upfront.

Ronaldo is phenomenal! Imagine 19 goals so far in all competitions!! As for Whyne, his mark is fading away-he needs to proove he is still around!

But Rooney always provides good passes and assists. So he is important as well.

I agree that Rooney and Ronaldo are key Manchester United players but not only they! What about Rio Ferdinand? Gary Neville? Giggs? I think that this season is going to be really succesful for Mancheter United even if Rooney or Ronaldo will be injured or sth.

Yes you are right. In fact Giggs is my most favourite player in the team. However, Rooney and Ronaldo are undeniably the most influential player in the team because they always play an important role in deciding the team destiny.

yup u r right . the team Man U depends a lot on Rooney and Ronaldo. but i think i think it is due to the fact that they both r great players nd make a great duo also influencing the team a lot. but in their absence also the will be able to win matches. we have giggs, louis saha, nani as other good players. so its not dat ronaldo nd rooney makes the team but the team makes ronaldo nd rooney.

although key figures are important, but team work is far more needed to win the treble. As you mentioned, Man U won the treble last 1999...and guess what?? There was no superbly famous player at that time. Heck, Beckham was not even famous yet that time. However, the team play at that time was superb. That was the main factor of them winning all cups. Man U cannot win the treble again if they just depend on few players. Team work is always the key.

well .. every Player of Man United are key Figures .. coz each of them need to perform good in the game . if not then the team is gonna lose .. its a team game .if vidic and ferdinend have a poor game then ... the defence is shay . leading to goals from the opposition... so . even though . ronaldo scores a couple of goal but the defence lets in 3 goals then its of no use .. Likewise if the midfielders arent playing good .then the attck and the defense both suffers .. so for me . Evry Player is the Key Figures.. well.. the Player who is .. ( at the moment) . the crux of the team.u can say, the most valuable.. is for sure .. Cristiano Ronaldo .. a brilliant player .. n i do beleive hes gonna be the next World and european player of the year

Not even Rooney now its total Domination of Ronaldo All the moves in the game is Sorrounded by him only. He makes the Play Lively and finishes the move with gud Confidence.. I think if Ronaldo is not there they miss the spark of Creativity and Lose the strength in the midfield to Drive into the Oppsition Defence.. We all can wait and see the Other players well and support the man at the Moment... :)

I think is not good for MU, because they are all to depend on Rooney & Ronaldo. If we compares with team 1999, its far from perfect because MU today doesnt have many option in bench...what do u think?
