I was badly disturbed by snore, recent two days. The snore was emitted from my partner who have never snored before. Recent two days, she snored all night, I cannot sleep well. Who could help me? How to deal with the snore?

It is very simple to leave the room where your snoring partner is sleeping. Snoring is natural, do you believe that you also snore. Usually a person with over weight of body use to snore. In coming and out going process cause to snore. If you love your partner you should also love with her or his snores. Accept the snores like prickles with a flower. Change or turn of body side also decreases the snoring process. Let you test it during sleeping hours of your partner.

There are snore strips that go over the bridge of the nose that open the nasal passages. This might be of some help to your partner. You might also consider buying some earplugs to wear at night. If neither work, I suggest sleeping in another part of your house for a night or two just to get caught up on your sleep. Good luck.

lol! Well my dad snores very loudly!! All my friends notice and some cant sleep when they stay here. If it helps i've tuned it out and can probably sleep through anything, but my mum ended up kicking him out the bed and sleeping in her own room. there are sprays and nose plugs and all sorts of quick fixes on the market, in my opinion EXERCISE is the only real answer. snoring is caused but fat constricting breathing during sleep, snores snort when they laugh too. lol theres a useless fact for ya.

if she normally doesnt snore, i think you should have her checked by a doctor. because sometimes snore is a sign that there is something wrong with your respiratory track... or may she is just so tired for the past 2 days.

Well I believe thats so sad.I dont think snoring can't be avoided completely. The person gonna be gently awaken from sleep and then in the relativley short time before the person begins to snore again, you gotta make sure that you sleep. There is no chance that you can't sleep but it is one of the ways .Or as it is said get a nice blanket and pillow and head for the couch.Thats gonna be your bd for tonight. well happy sleeping in the couchLOL

How right what you said is! my partner couldn't know her snore. she also let me sleep earlier, but I cannot sleep earlier. Perhaps, I have to get a nice blanket and pillow and head for the couch. But I'm afraid of my partner, because I saw a news that said snore is harmful for the snorer.
