I probably woke up at the wrong side of the bed coz I'm having a bad mood for today. Seems like I am so bored, nothing catch my interest and I don't feel like talking to anybody. I'm wondering what could motivate me to do my daily activities if I'm having a bad mood. How about you, what keeps you motivated?

I am much motivated every day because of my family. I am so family-oriented. I love my family very much in a way that I support them emotionally, financially, etc.

That's so nice of you nengs. I also love my family so much. They give inspirations for me to move on in rough times like this eventhough their miles away from me. Thanks for responding. Happy post!

I know what works for me is going back to bed and sleep for another half hour and then get back up. For some reason it helps me feel better. It's kind of like I tell my husband when he gets up all moody, "Go back to bed and come out the right side!" lol It means go back to bed and sleep a little longer. lol

Try putting on some music, something happy and upbeat. It works wonders!

I know what you mean...I get into those moods sometimes too and it's so hard to shake off...but what helps me put a smile to my face is my kids without them I think I would hit depression real fast...but it's thanks to God, my kids, my hubby and my family that makes me get up and put a smile to my face...

It's so nice to hear that your loved ones motivates you at all time. In my case I'm single so I don't have hubby or kids plus I'm working away from my family. I'm hoping that tomorrow will be a good day for me. Thanks for sharing your thoughts cartoon4umaniacs. God Bless.

I have days, sometimes more than just days, feeling like that. It can be so hard to get motivated to get out of bed and do the things I have to do. One thing I have done is put my goals out where I can see them to help motivate me. I just tell myself that if I want to do these things in life I need to do the everyday stuff. But the best motivator for me is a hug from my kids or my dog looking at me with those big brown no-matter-what-i-love-you eyes - now take me on a walk look. If I'm bored with daily stuff, I try to mix it and do things differently.

Good thing you have kids to motivate you. How I wish I also have kids to hug me everytime I'm in this situation where in everything seems not right. Thanks for sharing sukismiles. Happy Post!
