what is encoder....

Hi lib, I'm a Document Analyst/Indexer/Data Encoder by profession. Your right not all encoders are secretaries but basically we specialized or should I say focus or work by encoding document or in data conversion. Unlike secretaries they do everything from making coffee to what digging up files. In my line of work that is data conversion we convert image and audio file formats in to text file format.
