I used to keep on running every day, but recently I have not been up to it.I feel I should go ahead. Do you think it is difficult to keep on running?

Running is not a sports that I like. I feel it is quite boring for me. I ever tried to run every morning for no more than a month. I gave it up at last. Perhaps I am just too lazy to run.

No, I don't think it is difficult keep on running. Right from getting up in the morning just after your first cup of coffee run for about ten to fifteen minutes circling on your backyard... That is if you aren't sick or feeling very ill. Well I am not an athlete but I do consider that as a major exercise, and we owe it to ourselves to do it, and burn some unwanted fat deposits.

Im really bad at running, id rather walk the same distance than run. Probably because i never try to get good at it and because i like taking the time it takes to get somewhere, running only when absolute neccesary.

Yes, it is difficult for me to keep on running. My doctor has ever told me that outdoor exercise was not a advanage now for the more and more pollutions to the atmosphere in morden era. Runners outdoor breathe too much infectant air maybe lead to unhealthy and made some suggestion to me on indoors gam. And my favorite exercise is yoga which I take every night.
