Actually I don't think they are a normal time to cook chicken thighs or an type of foods in a oven since so many oven temperatures vary. It would be better to judge by the doneness of the chicken after about 15 minutes with a 350* degree oven. It is still has any pinkness to it or the juices are still bloody or tinted pink then cook a little longer. It is hard to judge just how long they should cook becuase ovens alot of ovens are all different or even the age of the oven can make it cook differently. It is best just to keep an eye on it for awhile. Then remember to write down time for future references... www.kraftfoods.com and www.goodeatinggoodliving.com (this one has great recipes for diabetics) both of these sites are great and you can even get free magazine from kraft foods that are bursting with great ideas for delicious foods. You can go to these sites for great recipes for any occasion.

30-35 minutes at 350 degrees if completely unthawed, medium size, approx. 4 thighs. After this time cut to the bone and make sure it isn't pink. If cooking less than 4 thighs it will take slightly less time.
