Does it annoy you when you have some discussions with no responses to them?

I have a couple like that. I'm a little disappointed some of them don't get many hits. Even my gaming budies aren't saying anything. Oh well, I'll take a look at yours & at least say Hi.

The funny thing is, when I first started here, my discussions seemed to get more replies than they do now, which I can't figure out why, but whatever. So now, it bothers me when I don't get replies or as many replies as I'd like. It's irksome because I don't post discussions often, so it's nice to post a discussion and actually get responses and not just a handful.

How long have you been a member? I don't think I've ever had one without a response. I may have but I can't recall it at this time. Most times those discussions withput responses are way back in a members page as well and hard to find actually. Links always help. HAHAHA!! HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

It does, although I don't currently have any with no responses. I'll give a look to yours though. What bothers me somewhat is when I do a discussion that means something to me, and only a couple people respond. But that's OK, it makes me more eager to respond to others with hardly any responses. : )

Oh yes it is! I wish there was some way to delete them. I have a few...and some of them are irrelevant...even if someone decided to respond now....like the one I posted for wedding verses for my sister's wedding. I'm going to check out yours and respond to the ones I can.

Yes it bothers me, so sometimes I go to the unanswered discussions of ohter people whom I don't know and answer them just because I hate this issue that I write something and no one answers.

Wouldn't it be funny if nobody responded to this? No, but really, it sucks, but I this that it happens to everyone. It still makes you fell left out though.

I've been pretty lucky that all my discussions will have responses to them, however, what sometimes amuses me is that I'll have a discussion that I think is really "worthy" and "serious" and it gets maybe a handful of responses....then I have my philosophical, thought provoking discussion on par with something that famous bear friend of ours has, like my recent one about bubble farts and I get tons of responses--uh, go figure

Its doesnt bother me much if i dont have any responses for my discussions because there is no limit for starting new discussions so for me "NO" means "NEXT ONE"...even u follow dat,dont get annoyed...definitely i will respond to ur non-responded discussions...byee...and take care...

No, it doesn't really bother me. I know I have a couple from when I first started mylotting. They can stay there because obviously they weren't very good or someone would have responded to them. I will go into your profile and see if I can find any of yours that have no responses. It could be difficult to find them because I would have to go way far back in pages, since by the number of responses you have done, you have been a member for a while. But I will have a look and see what I can do, my friend.

well...not really...it in not anonoyin if no one replies to your topic....if it happens in my case i would probably think it was a sad topic indeed...so it would not matter me much!i wouldnt care about it and just delete the topic out of m list...i dont think any one should be angry for this reason! donno about the short tempered peolple!!

Yes it drives me nuts! I've had discussions sit for a month or more with no replies. So when someone finally DOES post a response then I award them the Best Response and close out the discussion.

You know what? It really doesn't bother me. I just figure its a subject that doesn't have as much interest as I thought. Or I have placed it in the wrong category, so people aren't really seeing it. Either I wait a while, and repost it in another category once I reword it a little, or I just forget it and move on. Every once in a while we are bound to come up with a discussion that ends up being a lemon. I just move on and keep writing.

I know it's very annoying sometimes but on the other side i don't mind it anymore so now i always visit the section discussions with no response.I will check your discussions and respond to them.

You bet it does. It takes a lot of brain power to come up with something interesting enough to post here. And then when there's no reply, it's complete failure. No one loves me. No one cares! No one thinks my conversation was important enough! LOL the ones that only get one or two bother me as well but at least *someone* took the time! LOL I saw your list. I've found the arm/leg one, I'm going hunting for more!

It does a little bit. But not always because maybe its just something they aren't familiar with so dont really have anything to write. Or maybe I made them mad?
