Getting Rid of C section "pooch"

I have two beautiful kids ages 3 years and my other is 6 months. I'm 23 years old and fortunate to be a slim person without dieting and exercising. I got down to my pre pregnancy weight with my second child within 2 months or so ( i thank breastfeeding and counting calories like crazy) and am down to 110 lbs. Everyone can tell me I look fine, but I can cover it well with clothes. I want to get rid of this "pooch" that I have. Ladies, you know what I am talking about. That thing that after a baby ( I had 2 c sections) makes it still seem like you are 2-3 months pregnant unless you suck in all day, which can be very uncomfortable, though I heard that is supposed to help. Anyways, anyone have any good ways to tighten that up, good exercises, maybe some of you wear stuff under clothes to hide it better??? Any insight on this will be helpful. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it fast? Has anyone tried those workout vids that you can do everyday but only need to do that for 10 minutes?? Thanks to you all you "pooch" pals.

hi i know exactly how you feel but trust me i had all 4 yes i said 4 of my kids naturally and the pouch doesn't seem to wanna go away. i lost a lot of weight walking and taking trim spa. when i say alot of weight i was 250 lbs. last year and now i am 140 and still trying to get back to my pre pregnancy weight of 115 but like you said the pouch is still there. i was told to do at least 20 min a day of lower cardio workout including sit ups and crunches and it would help tighten up the pouch. i am now trying it out cuz i am getting married in july to my kids father. we have been together for going on 12 years now. hope this was a little helpful

That's awesome! That is a lot of weight that you lost. Sounds like your on your way. Keep it up! I think I am going to buy a workout dvd and do that at home. Good luck and congrats on the wedding.

Ahh, yes. The dreaded pooch! It really isn't much fun, now is it? It's really difficult to get rid of it. I had an emergency c-section five months ago, and I'm still working on getting rid of mine. I was 190 pounds, 9 months pregnant. Then after I gave birth, I was 170. I am now 140. It isn't a great amount of weight loss, but I've been working at toning. Have you tried pilates? There's a video I LOVE and I definitely recommend it. It's called "Crunch Pilates. Burn & Firm" with Ellen Barret in it. It's an AWESOME video. I try to do it every other night. Just keep in mind, before you start an intense exercise routine like pilates, especially after a c-section, you NEED to have your doctor's approval so you don't end up hurting yourself!
