Ice scating

It is still so cold here, freezing. So I decided to go ice scating. I did not do that for ages. It was fun. Many kids were there and I was one of the few grown ups. Do you go ice scating in winter, too?

I have never been ice skating. I have been roller skating though. I used to roller skate all of the time when I was younger. We went last year and I forgot all of the skills that I had known back then. I didn't even get out there and try in the skating ring because I was so afraid to fall and be laughed at.

My husband and daughter have been ice skating before but I haven't got to do that yet. My daughter went with the school and my husband went before we met.

I was rollerscating, too. When inline scating was in fashion I bought a pair and fell down, too.

I am melting in the heat here. When i play in the snow .i have to go to the South in right season(winter) or leave the country. Oh.. But compensation the brazilian'beaches are wonderful !!

Summer would be nice, too. You are in the southern hemisphere. Here in the North it is winter and bitter cold. I am trying to do the best I can in this weather. This is not Copacabana here. But it is so nice to write to people worldwide here at mylot. Happy mylotting!
