were you ever guilty of overeating?

i was so full from overeating last night, it felt like gluttony. i had guilty feelings of people in hunger, and me, eating in abundance. ever felt this way? how did you cope with it?

i do, too! during holidays, it's quite justifiable to gain a few pounds, don't you think?
