When I hear my alarm clocks going off in the morning I tend to hear them, wake up a little and doze back off.
Alot of the time I just dont want to get up and have started sleeping in a little later than I want to.
Ever get in a bad habit like this?
Is it time to get new alarm clocks or do I just need to force myself to get up?

I have experienced that before.. It's reallyl hard to get up, all I do is turn the alarm clock off. LOL

I'll keep telling myself that....some mornings I get up 5 minutes before the alarm goes off and it feels great! but that isn't often. I must wake up! I have to get up! OOOOoooooohhhh!! I think I should get to bed and get some sleep and tell myself this while I'm fallsing asleep. Thanks!

Does you alarm clock have an option where you can change what the buzzer sounds like? if so, try chaining the alarm noise. You also may want to get to sleep earlier so its easier to get up. I know that sounds like a momish thing to say but... if thats what you need...
