short or long hand nails

Here in our place going to the parlor is one activity our girls does. She goes to the parlor to have her nails manicured and cleaned. there are those who wanted their nails to be so short and there are those who wanted it to be long. Whats your type of nails. Me, I have it short always, I cleaned it every week, i do it myself and never go the parlor to have it cleaned except when one of my hand was under cast.

I prefer my nails short. Its hard to run errands with long nails.I do my nails coz I've learned how to. And going to a salon is quite costly. The extra charges are ridiculous...

In here not too costly, but I still prefer to clean my nails. I cut it short and do some orange stick pushing. If my nails goes longer, I usually get it dirty. Thanks for the response.

My nails grow fast so their usually about medium length. I usually trim them before they get long. I don't like them too long or too short. Medium is just the most comfortable for me. I rarely get manicures...I think I've only had 3 or 4 my whole life.

Thats nice. Cleaning it yourself is the best. I usually used orange stick on my hand nails and the steel pusher on my feet nails. I cut it every week. I like it short. Thanks for the response.

I get short nails. I tried longer nails one time while in school and couldn't write cause the nails were digging into my fingers and causing them to bleed. I switch from doing them myself and going to a nail parlor. I go to a nail parlor for special occasions. I make sure they clean their equipment in front of me first. They had a foot fungus breakout not too long ago. But then again I never get my feet done at a parlor, I do that myself all the time!

i keep short nails all the time and clean it myself every day.i can't understand why people go to the parlor to have their nails manicured and cleaned.in my opinion,that's really a waste of money.
